The best kind of Yoga gifts you a fulfilling experience, giving you clarity for the way ahead.
We encourage a practice that is kind, gentle, safe, and with space, for you to explore your-self and have fun.
Based in Morayshire in the North East of Scotland the plan is simple, to continue to develop the practice and look to share knowledge and experience.

My love of Yoga started after I was recovering from longstanding pain and tension in my neck
I was hooked right from the start and loved the sense of calm and wellbeing I experienced after each class, which carried me through challenging times in my life.
This led to me train with Yoga Scotland (500 hour teaching diploma) to be a Yoga Teacher, and subsequently undergoing a further training to become a Yoga Therapist with Yoga United (550 hour diploma). I am registered with the CHNC. I have also trained in Yoga4health, and am currently undertaking the BWY Gentle Years Yoga training
I have been teaching since 2016 and qualified as a Yoga therapist in 2020. I have worked as a Yoga Therapist for people with, cancer, fibromyalgia and back pain.
I enjoy sharing the many benefits of yoga practice with people in simple practical ways, and aim to make my classes accessible to as many people as possible.

My physical practice is in Ashtanga but my learning has pulled in many more styles, schools, and philosophies as my knowledge grows. I am continually thrilled by how our practices spill off the mat and into our lives: in our bodies, in our breath, and in our perspectives. I strive to bring a lively, kind, and inclusive practice to my home town and to express my deep love of yoga as well as I can. And I’d love to share a moment on this yogic path with you all!

He recieved a scholarship to Oxford studying Biology, where he was also lucky enough to work as PA to Stephen Sondheim for a year on a Musical Theatre Course sponsored by Cameron Mackintosh! He then went on to study an MSc in Education to learn how to communicate these skills with the wider community.
He subsequently spent over 20 years on a spiritual journey, living and travelling through many spiritual traditions, learning meditation, yoga and various forms of massage and therapy. Tony’s a teacher of meditation and mantras, as well as music (piano, singing, songwriting, beginner’s guitar); a therapist - sound therapy and massage therapy, a singer-songwriter, an astrologer and community worker.
In October 2022 he started a not for profit business called Good Vibrations Glasgow to work with marginalised individuals providing them with a creative outlet, a way to increase their skill-set and opportunities for personal growth, as well as enhancing their sense of confidence and well-being through music.
Tony shares his wonderful array of tools with everyone he meets who are willing to learn and participate in the journey.
